Refund policy

Exchanges & Returns

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must have been purchased from www.skinshop.com.au, must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unsoiled. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin your return, please contact us with your order details and a description as to why you need to return your goods. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send your package to our warehouse.

Damages and issues

If the product/s you have received are faulty or damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.

Change of Mind and Exceptions

Unless the product is faulty, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. In the rare case your skin has had a reaction to the product, stop using the product immediately and contact us describing the issue. Please note that you must have used the product more than once to claim your allergic reaction.

Exchanges

Once your returns have been processed and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you and immediately send out your exchange product. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer & an invoice will be sent prior to the exchange product if shipped out.

Refunds

Once your returns have been processed and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
